Tyler Willard, Tolley, charged with meth possession, fleeing police at speeds up to 100 mph

Tyler Willard, 28, Tolley, is accused of leading law enforcement officers on a chase at speeds well over 100 mph early Wednesday morning.

According to the Berthold police department, the chase lasted about 40 minutes before the vehicle stopped at a residence in Tolley. Willard fled into the residence but was captured and placed under arrest. Methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia were seized from the vehicle and from the residence.

Willard was taken to the Ward County Jail and has been booked on felony fleeing, felony narcotics, driving with a suspended driver’s license, and reckless driving charges.

Willard has multiple prior charges for fleeing and narcotics, according to the Berthold police.
