Leeann Whitebull, Garrison, charged with intent to deliver meth

Leeann Valentyne Whitebull, 33, Garrison, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and Class C felony possession of paraphernalia for manufacture or delivery of methamphetamine on April 8.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, a Ward County Narcotics Task Force Officer encountered Levi Leonard Heil, 28, Mandan, at the bowling alley parking lot after he had watched him leave a suspected drug house in southeast Minot. Whitebull was a passenger in Heil’s vehicle and ran into the bowling alley.

The task force officer searched Heil and found a used syringe in his pants pocket. The vehicle was searched. The search turned up a digital scale with suspected drug residue and a Vault brand box in a black backpack on the rear seat that contained a spoon, several plastic baggies with white crystal residue, and syringes. On the passenger side of the vehicle was a purse belonging to Whitebull that contained 3 1/2 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a digital scale with white crystal residue, clean packaging bags, multiple smoking devices and pieces of aluminum.

Heil is charged in district court with possession of drug paraphernalia for manufacture or delivery.

A preliminary hearing for Whitebull is scheduled for May 16 in district court in Minot before Judge Doug Mattson.
