Andrew Bruhn, Minot, sentenced for delivery of meth
Andrew Donald Bruhn, 47, Minot, was sentenced to five years in prison, with three years suspended, on Wednesday for Class B felony delivery of methamphetamine last year.
Court records show that Bruhn will receive credit for 107 days already served in jail along with 15 days of earned good time. He will be on supervised probation for three years after his release from jail.
Judge Doug Mattson also ordered Bruhn to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation and to pay $1,275 in court costs.
