Michelle Red Eagle, 27, is accused of delivery of oxycodone to a confidential informant working for the Ward County Narcotics Task Force in Minot in December 2017.

Red Eagle is charged with a Class B felony in district court in Minot. She allegedly sold 10 oxycodone tablets to the informant for $600.

The charge was not filed against Red Eagle until Aug. 23, 2018, nearly nine months after she allegedly sold the drugs, and she did not make an initial appearance on the charge until Tuesday, 14 months after the incident.

A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for March 28 before Judge Richard Hagar.
