Jesse Fields, Minot, charged with burglary
Jesse Tyrone Fields, 42, Minot, is accused of entering a detached garage without permission from the homeowners and stealing tools on Dec. 21.
Fields is charged in district court with Class C felony burglary and Class B misdemeanor refusal to halt.
A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Feb. 7 before Judge Todd Cresap.
