Jacob Wangrud-Eberhardt, Minot, charged with intent to deliver methamphetamine
Jacob Ray Wangrud-Eberhardt, 19, is accused of intent to deliver methamphetamine on Monday at the Guest Lodge.
He is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession of meth with intent to deliver, Class C felony possession of heroin, Class C felony possession of LSD, Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, Class C felony possession of other drug paraphernalia.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, a probation officer searched Room 138 and found a safe containing heroin, a glass smoking device with suspected residue. Wangrud-Eberhardt also handed officers a black sunglasses case containing nine tabs of blotter paper suspected to be LSD, four small baggies containing suspected methamphetamine, one small baggie containing suspected marijuana, a digital scale, and a small container with suspected marijuana.
