Hunter Daniel Vicenti, 32, Minot, is accused of beating and biting his ex-girlfriend during a dispute early Thursday morning.

He is charged with Class A misdemeanor simple assault – domestic violence in district court in Minot.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Vicenti punched the woman all over her body and bit her on the ear. She thought he was intoxicated at the time. Vicenti had allegedly accused the woman of cheating on him.

Vicenti has one prior conviction for simple assault – domestic violence.

He was scheduled to make an initial appearance in district court in Minot on Friday.
