Andrew Schell, Minot, charged with possession of stolen firearm
Andrew Allen Schell, 25, Minot, is accused of being a felon in possession of a stolen firearm on June 7.
Schell is charged in district court in Minot with two Class C felonies.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Schell’s home was searched in June regarding an unrelated case. A BCI agent had seen a photo of four guns sitting on a bed and the background in the picture matched that of Schell’s room. Schell talked with the investigators and Schell admitted to trading dope to obtain firearms and to selling the firearms.
