Aaron Oswill, 29, Minot, has been charged with aggravated assault for an incident during the Dierks Bentley concert on July 27 at the North Dakota State Fair, according to a press release from the Ward County Sheriff’s Office.

Oswill allegedly assaulted another man in a bathroom during the concert. Deputies responded and found the alleged victim bleeding on the floor of one of the family bathrooms. The man lost consciousness during the assault. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment of a serious injury. Oswill was located and arrested on Aug. 3 and is being held at the Ward County Jail, according to the press release.
