A 20-year-old Minot man is accused of trespassing at a Minot apartment on July 9, 2017.

Cody Allen Berdahl is charged with Class C felony trespass in district court in Minot.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, a woman told police she came home at 1:40 a.m. that day and found Berdahl sitting in front of the apartment. The woman said Berdahl followed her when she went into the apartment and ignored her orders to leave. Berdahl was a former friend of the woman.

The woman called police after Berdahl eventually left.
