Four people were charged with drug offenses following a raid on a house in rural Minot on Sunday.

Wyatt Tyler Thomas Knutson, 29, is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver or manufacture, a Class B felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C felony; false reports to law enforcement or other security officials, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class B misdemeanor. Danielle Rae Knutson, 24, is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver or manufacture, a Class B felony; one count of Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and one Class B misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Leeann Valentyne Whitebull, 31, Garrison, is charged with Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Darian Michael Kevin Songer-Bail is charged with one Class C felony count of possession of a controlled substance and two Class C felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the Ward County Sheriff’s Office and a Surrey police officer went to a residence on Highway 2 East about an abandoned vehicle registered to Wyatt Knutson. The officers smelled marijuana coming from the residence. Wyatt Knutson’s probation officer gave them permission to search the residence.

Officers found Danielle Knutson, Songer-Bail, and Whitebull inside the residence. Police searched the residence and found three backpacks in the bathroom that Songer-Bail claimed belonged to him. Inside the bags were used syringes, burned tin foil, three spoons with suspected drug residue, a digital scale with drug residue, a pen tube with suspected drug residue and a baggie containing suspected crystal methamphetamine. The bedroom occupied by Wyatt and Danielle Knutson contained two spoons with suspected drug residue, a pen tube containing suspected drug residue, and two plastic containers containing marijuana plant seeds. Whitebull was sitting on a pouch containing a pen tube with suspected drug residue and burned tin foil.
