Solar eclipse viewing party at Gateway to Science

BISMARCK — Gateway to Science, North Dakota’s only hands-on Science Center, will host a Solar Eclipse Viewing Party on Monday, Aug. 21 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. This is a free family event, open to all ages.

While North Dakota is not in the Path of Totality (100% eclipse), we should still be able to see 80-90% of an eclipse. This is still amazing to see.

Gateway to Science invites the public to bring their lunch, learn more about eclipse and safely view the eclipse. The viewing party is on the south lawn, but we will also offer reduced admission ($4 per person) to the gallery from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
