Accused heroin dealer charged
A 36-year-old Minot man is accused of dealing heroin in Minot last March.
Brian Curtis Carr is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a Class B felony carrying a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
Carr was scheduled to make an initial appearance in district court in Minot on Monday.
