Agenda: The city manager will present a proposed 2026 preliminary budget. The council will hold a public hearing on the Engle Court project and act on a development agreement with Exceptional Healthcare. It will consider a MAGIC Fund request from AGT Foods, alignment of MI-8/9 of the flood project, grant application for an Installation Readiness Assessment associated with Minot Air Force Base, airport south hangar area utility infrastructure design and purchase of police vehicles. It will receive a wellness program update related to public safety staff.
