Agenda: The council will discuss Anne Street Bridge options, termination of the contractor for the library project for contract breaches, removal of city payroll and human resources from a technology agreement due to performance issues, the railroad quiet zone study, a construction and maintenance agreement on MI-5 with BNSF and SRJB and a building relocation and a MAGIC Fund recommendation for a new development agreement with Stevens Welding. The council will hold a public hearing on Renaissance approval for a Broadway car wash. It will act on annual alcohol license renewals and a continued contract with Ward County for inmate boarding.
