Agenda: The commission will consider a variance from Rehab Services for a garage in northwest Minot, a zoning map amendment and subdivision along Railway Avenue for the flood protection project, variance requests for signs at Gate City Bank locations and construction variance requests from Northwestern Equipment Co. at 6200 Highway 2 East.
