Agenda: The council will meet in special session to conduct a six-month evaluation of the city manager. The regular council meeting will follow at 5:30 p.m. The agenda includes financial requests from the Minot Commission on Aging, Minot Council of the Arts and The Difference-A Holistic Approach. The council will consider Safe Routes to Schools grant awards, tax payments on the parking ramps and intermodal facility property and new city hall schematic design.
