Agenda: Special Assistant City Attorney Shane Goettle will present a recap of the legislative session. The council will hold public hearings on planning and zoning requests and consider recommendations of the planning and zoning commission. It will consider a contract with a new airport parking management company, adjusted parking fees at the airport, a substantial amendment to the resilience program to compensate tenants in the former Wells Fargo building who must relocate, restoration efforts with flood storage properties, information regarding the proposed family homeless shelter site and a contract with an event planner for the 10th anniversary observance of the 2011 flood.
