Agenda: The council will hold a public hearing on the preliminary 2021 budget and take action on first reading. The council will hear additional information on curbside recycling from the Public Works Department and will consider the report of the planning commission, a movie theater alcohol license for AMC Dakota Square 9, Renaissance Zone map amendments and liquidation of surplus equipment.
