Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW

Agenda: The council will hold a hearing on a proposed amendment to eliminate public hearings at the council level on permit requests that receive hearings before the planning commission. The council will act on a proposal to create bicycle lanes on nine blocks of 16th Street Northwest and lower the speed limit, decide on a proposal to give a department head a special assignment to assist the city manager, determine whether to appeal the FEMA Risk Map and receive a report from the CDBG-DR/NDR program manager.
