Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will consider the 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Plan and city hall security upgrades. It will receive the quarterly report of the Souris River Joint Board and NAWS project and FEMA Risk Map updates. The new police chief will be sworn in.
