Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will discuss recycling, recommendations of the planning commission and allowing on-sale of alcohol on Thanksgiving. It will consider the Third Street Southeast and Burdick Expressway project and other construction work, along with a beer and wine license request from Mi Mexico.
