Agenda: The council will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2020 city budget and a public hearing on a demolition order at 512 8th St. NE. It will discuss the gathering space and an acquisition policy and organizational values guidance. The council will consider a retail beer and wine license for Expressway Suites, t-hangar leases at the airport, lease for city bus radio equipment on Henry Towers and a Visit Minot agreement for a marketing campaign. An update will be given on the expiring land lease with Minot Aviation, and the fire department will provide a report.
