Agenda: The commission will hear from North Dakotans for Comprehensive Energy Solutions regarding wind towers and will receive a Souris River Joint Board update. It will consider appointment of an emergency manager, planning commission recommendations, County Road 16 improvements, load limits on county roads, building and sidewalk matters and discuss county building security.
