Agenda: The commission will reorganize and elect a new chairman and vice chairman. Commissioners will receive a report on the North Dakota Cloud Modification Project, discuss the Rice Lake area farm land lease and LoadPass permits agreement and consider bids on foreclosed property and a court facilities improvement grant.
