Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will hold a public hearing on a taxi license denial and consider the report of the planning commission and committee of the whole, including a wildlife management ordinance on bow hunting, parking ramp budget and additional school resource officers. The council will consider City of Minot v. Earth Recycling.
