Agenda: The council will meet at 5:30 p.m. in executive session to discuss the downtown parking structures. The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. to consider the report of the planning commision, the MAGIC Fund annual compliance report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole, including resilience programs, award of bids and landfill financial arrangements with private haulers. The council will act on second reading of snake and garbage collection ordinances.
