Agenda: The council will consider recommendations of the planning commission and standing committees, including comments on a FEMA flood insurance rate map and second reading of an ordinance prohibiting bow hunting in city limits. The council will consider animal performance event permits, legal counsel related to a 16th Crossing agreement and updated sales tax ordinances. An executive session will be held to discuss the inverse condemnation case of Lenertz v. City of Minot.
