Agenda: The council will consider an amendment to the SkySkopes development agreement and recommendations of the planning commission and the committee of the whole. The council will hold public hearings on two building relocations. An executive session will be held to discuss possible litigation related to the 16th Crossing CDBG-DR development agreement.
