Agenda: The commission will consider residential lot creations in the extra-territorial area, a residential annexation, a zoning change and subdivision for a teebox at Minot County Club and rezoning of ag land for Minot Area Development Corp.’s industrial park. The commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance addition to address manufacturing and dispensing of medical marijuana.
