Dogs at large (Class B misdemeanor) – David Paul Cox, 41, 19 8th Street NE, $1,000 fine, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments, $750 of the fine will be deferred for 180 days as long as defendant has no further issues with dogs being off his property and $275 of the fine has been paid.
