Petty theft (Class B misdemeanor) – Kyler James Kaylor, 20, Granville, obtain a chemical dependency evaluation, either complete shoplifting class through ADAPT or six months on drug patch in lieu of fines, $500 restitution, $250 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments, also possession of marijuana paraphernalia (Class B misdemeanor), obtain a chemical dependency evaluation, complete six months on drug patch in lieu of fines, $350 fines/fees, $25 administrative fees – Crisis Center payments.
