Possession of drug paraphernalia (Class C felony) – Wendy Layne Fox, 34, New Town, 29 days, credit for 26 days served and three days off sentence for good behavior, offense will be deemed a Class A misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation, $100 defense/facility administration fee, $25 victim-witness fee.

Menacing (Class A misdemeanor) – Cally Marie Schooley, 31, Des Moines, Iowa, 360 days, 287 days suspended, credit for 64 days served and nine days off sentence for good behavior, two years supervised probation, have no contact with victims, obtain a chemical dependency evaluation, $1,000 fine, $200 criminal administration fee, $100 defense/facility administration fee, $25 victim-witness fee.
