Kim Fundingsland/MDN A new fish cleaning station is open and ready for use in Garrison. The enclosed facility features a large cleaning table with powerful grinder and two high pressure hoses for washing down the table. Electricity is also available for fishermen who use an electric fillet knife. The station is complete with large sinks for final cleaning of fillets and two restrooms. The cleaning station is located on the south side of Highway 37, immediately west of its intersection with the road leading to Fort Stevenson State Park. The City of Garrison is planning an official open house of the fish cleaning station on May 1 at 6 p.m.
