Trinity Business Services suspends in-person service

Trinity Health Business Services will discontinue in-person service at its Town & Country offices effective Nov. 9, according to information provided by Trinity. The suspension is due to the steep rise in coronavirus cases linked to community transmission.

Although doors will be closed to the public, Business Services staff will continue to be available by phone to assist customers and accept payments. Persons may call the office at 857-5105 during regular business hours – 8 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

In addition, a new web tool is available to assist customers in paying their bills online. The Patient Billing Portal lets patients view their statements and make payments. It also offers Prompt Pay discounts and assists in setting up online payment plans. Customers may access the portal by clicking on “Pay My Bill” at the top of Trinity’s website, trinityhealth.org.

People with matters that cannot be handled by phone or with the new Patient Billing Portal may schedule an appointment with a financial counselor. Patients will be screened for respiratory symptoms upon arrival, and appointments will be rescheduled if the patient or representative is symptomatic.
