Stephanie Silverthorn has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Human Resources at Town & Country Credit Union. Originally from Minot, Silverthorn is a graduate of Minot State University. She joined Town & Country Credit Union in 2014 as Executive Admin and HR Coordinator. In 2017, she was promoted to HR Generalist and in 2018 she was promoted to HR Director. Silverthorn earned her SHRM-CP Certification in 2017.

Silverthorn brings more than nine years of HR experience to her new role as AVP, Human Resources. In addition to overseeing all functions of the HR Department, Silverthorn will focus on building a positive, employee-oriented culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and goal attainment. She will also lead recruitment efforts and the ongoing development of a high-performing workforce within the credit union.
