Conway joins Minot State Development Foundation Board of Directors

The Minot State University Development Foundation announced Randy Conway as a new board of directors member.

Conway replaces outgoing board member Tom Probst who served on the board for 11 years.

“We want to thank Tom Probst for his outstanding service to our foundation board. He’s been a long-time supporter of our campus and we are going to miss his leadership on our board,” said MSU Development Foundation Executive Director Rick Hedberg. “Randy will be a great addition. He brings a new perspective to the board and we look forward to working with him.”

Conway is a partner and owner of Oilfield Services Company and is the owner of several real estate investment companies. He is a 1992 graduate of Minot State with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He earned his MBA from Illinois State in 1995 and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2002.

He is an executive board member at Visit Minot and is a member and past president for the Minot Country Club. Conway has served on the Minot State Board of Regents since September 2018.
