North Dakota Guaranty & Title Co. announced it has completed the acquisition of Mountrail County Abstract Co. With the close of this acquisition, NDGT will provide a full range of title insurance, closing and escrow services, 1031 exchange services, tax and lien searches and title reports throughout North Dakota.

“This is an exciting time of growth for our company,” said Nick Hacker, President of NDGT. “Connie Longmuir has built a wonderful company that is committed to the needs of its customers.”

Mountrail County Abstract Co. currently has one employee who will join the NDGT team. Additional team members and resources will also be working in Stanley to expand closing services.
