December 20, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers of City Hall
located at 515 2nd Ave. SW to hold
a public hearing on the item
contained in this published notice.
This item is available for review and
on file at the Minot City Public
Works building located at 1025 31st
St. SE, Minot, ND 58702 between
8:00am and 4:30pm Monday
through Friday preceding the public
hearing. Chapter 9.1 and Article 10
of the Minot Land Development Ordinance
provides the relevant application
procedures pertaining to each
application, including protest and appeals
available, for each respective
application type. Interested
members of the public are encouraged

Section 2.12-6 H. related to a 30′

private road width of 36′. The applicant
requests relief from the buffer
yard requirement along the north,
west, and south boundaries of the

– ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
MINOT STATE UNIVERSITY
Minot State University (MSU) is
requesting qualifications from
interested firms for full service
architectural design work for a major
renovation to improve academic
functionality, aesthetics and
mechanical efficiencies of Harnett
Hall. Additional design disciplines,
including mechanical and electrical
engineering, will be retained by the
architect as determined during initial
meetings. Harnett Hall built in 1973,
houses classrooms and offices.
Hartnett Hall is roughly 50,000
square feet. Proposals are due by
December 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
