December 20, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in

the Council Chambers of City Hall

located at 515 2nd Ave. SW to hold

a public hearing on the item

contained in this published notice.

This item is available for review and

on file at the Minot City Public

Works building located at 1025 31st

St. SE, Minot, ND 58702 between

8:00am and 4:30pm Monday

through Friday preceding the public

hearing. Chapter 9.1 and Article 10

of the Minot Land Development Ordinance

provides the relevant application

procedures pertaining to each

application, including protest and appeals

available, for each respective

application type. Interested

members of the public are encouraged

The right-of-way is unaddressed and

Public hearing request on an application

Personal Representative for the

owner, that proposes the creation of

and Outlot 9 are both part of an unplatted

portion of land located in the

Public hearing request on an application

from Mark Gagner, owner, for

the creation of two Outlots to be

known as Outlots 6 & 7. The property

is legally known as the East 340

Public hearing request on an application

from Larry Gullickson,

representing Gary Oakland, owner,

for a subdivision plat to rearrange

platted lots as part of River Oaks 4th

Addition. As part of the subdivision

plat, the applicant seeks to vary from

the subdivision design standards set

Public hearing request on an application

of Minot, LLC, owner for a subdivision

plat to combine two Outlots into

one to be known as Jefferson South

Addition. Further, a request is made

for a variance to the requirements of

Section 2.12-6 H. related to a 30′

buffer yard surrounding the perimeter

of a manufactured home park

and the requirements of Section

2.12-6 L related to the required

private road width of 36′. The applicant

requests relief from the buffer

yard requirement along the north,

west, and south boundaries of the

subject property from 30′ to 10′ and

to reduce the required private street

width from 36′ to 24′. The legal

description of the proposed plat is

representing Blu on Broadway, LLC

and Northern Bottling Company

(owners) for an amendment to the

Planned Unit Development “PUD”

overlay to remove the restriction to

first floor commercial comprising of

30% office or similar uses. The application

proposes expanding the

overlay district to encompass a proposed

parking area to provide ten

(10) additional parking stalls as part

of the Blu on Broadway development.

The legal description for the

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

– ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

MINOT STATE UNIVERSITY

Minot State University (MSU) is

requesting qualifications from

interested firms for full service

architectural design work for a major

renovation to improve academic

functionality, aesthetics and

mechanical efficiencies of Harnett

Hall. Additional design disciplines,

including mechanical and electrical

engineering, will be retained by the

architect as determined during initial

meetings. Harnett Hall built in 1973,

houses classrooms and offices.

Hartnett Hall is roughly 50,000

square feet. Proposals are due by

December 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
