10/2020 minutes, Skees second,
motion carried. Kremer mover to ap-
prove payroll & bills, Walker second,
motion carried. Walker moved to ap-
prove locating all utilities and updat-
ing municipal utility maps with a cost
of $20,000-$30,000 depending on
level of detail, Skees second, motion
carried. Kremer moved to change
BCBS plan, Walker second, motion
carried. There will be a $.15 per
1000 gallons rate increase from
NAWS for water to take effect on
January, 2021 billing. Walker moved
to approve the following rate
changes – garbage rates to be re-
duced by $3.00 & base rate for wa-
ter to increase by $1.00 to begin on
the January 2021 billing cycle,
Skees second, motion carried. Kre-
mer motioned for Mayor Kabanuk to
sign the cable franchise agreement,
Skees second, motion carried. Build-

Souris River Joint Board Request
for Sealed Bids
The Souris River Joint Board is re-
questing sealed bids for land for re-
sale which was purchased by the
Souris River Joint Board through
voluntary acquisition.
If a bid is accepted by the Souris
River Joint Board, the land will be
transferred via quitclaim deed. The
land includes a perpetual deed res-
triction prohibiting construction of
structures or placement of fill within
the 2011 Mouse River flood plain. All
existing covenants will remain in
place.
