Comes now the Plaintiff, Bradley
Lampkins, by and through his attor-
ney Jennifer M. Gooss, and for his
cause of action against the Defen-
dant, alleges as follows:
1. The parties have been residents
of the State of North Dakota for at
least the last six (6) months preced-
ing the commencement of this ac-
tion;
2. The Plaintiff and Defendant were
married on December 6, 2018, in
Minot, North Dakota, and ever since
have been and are now husband
and wife;
3. The parties separated on or
around August 16, 2019.
4. No other proceedings for Dissolu-
tion of Marriage or Legal Separation
have been commenced by either
party and are presently pending in
this state or any other jurisdiction;
5. Defendant is a member of the
armed services;
6. The parties have no children to-
gether. Defendant is not now preg-
nant, and no children are expected
to be born as a result of this mar-
riage;
7. The Plaintiff and Defendant have
acquired personal property during
their marriage, which requires an
equitable distribution;
8. The Plaintiff and Defendant have
incurred certain debts and obliga-
tions during their marriage which re-
quire an equitable distribution;
9. Irreconcilable differences exist
between the Plaintiff and Defendant,
which makes the continuance of the
marriage intolerable;
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays for
judgment as follows:
1. For an absolute decree of divorce
from the Defendant;
2. For a fair and equitable division
and distribution of the property accu-
mulated by the parties during their
marriage;
3. For a fair and equitable division
and assignment of the debts accu-
mulated by the parties during their
marriage;
4. That neither party be obligated to
pay or receive spousal support; and
5. For any other such other relief
that the Court deems just and prop-
er.

real estate mortgage.
2. Notice is hereby given pursuant to
said Judgment that the real property
described as:
Lot 6, Block 4, Northdale First
Addition to the City of Minot,
Ward County, North Dakota.
With an address of 508 24th Ave
NW, Minot, ND 58703, and being
the subject of the Mortgage dated
October 20, 2010, which Mortga-
gors, Andrew M. Felix and Macie
Felix, executed and delivered to
Town and Country Credit Union, and
recorded in the office of the Clerk
and Recorder of Ward County, North
Dakota, on October 21, 2010, Instru-
ment Number 2915845, is subject to
the entered Judgment. Said Mort-
gage was assigned to Plaintiff, its
successors or assigns, by Assign-
ment of Mortgage recorded Febru-
ary 14, 2017, Instrument Number
3005657.
3. In order to realize the amount of
$186,217.62, as of October 13,
2020, plus interest accruing
thereafter on said amount at the rate
of 4.25% per year together with the
costs and expenses of sale, the pro-
perty will be sold subject to redemp-
tion as provided by law as one par-
cel of land at public auction, subject
to any lien for unpaid real estate
taxes and assessments of Ward
County, North Dakota, and ease-
ments and restrictions of record, to
the highest bidder for cash under the
direction of the Sheriff of Ward
County, North Dakota, at the main
entrance of the Ward County Court-
house located at 315 SE 3rd Street,
Minot, North Dakota 58701, on De-
cember 23, 2020 (“Sale Date”), at
10:00 AM.
4. If the sale is set aside for reason,
the Purchaser at the sale shall be
entitled only to a return of the depo-
sit paid. The purchaser shall have
no further recourse against the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee or the
Mortgagee’s attorney.

Zone Board
Applications are being accepted for
a three-year term as a community
Member-at-Large on the Ward
County Human Service Zone Board.
Applications must be submitted to
the Ward County Auditor’s office no
later than 4:00 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2020.
The position will begin effective
January 1, 2021.
A. Members of the Ward County
Human Service Zone Board are ap-
pointed by the Ward County Com-
mission based upon fitness to serve
by reason of character, experience
and training without regard to politi-
cal affiliation. In addition to the Ward
County Human Service Zone Direc-
tor, who serves as the Board Chair,
the Ward County Human Service
Zone Board is made up of the fol-
lowing seven members, serving
staggered three year terms: 3 Com-
missioners, 1 Legislator, and 3 com-
munity members-at-large.
B. The following is a summary of
the basic duties of the Ward County
Human Service Zone Board:
1. To provide information to Depart-
ment of Human Services relative to
the community needs of the Human
Service Zone residents and to ad-
vocate meeting those needs.
2. To review service and programs
provided by the Human Service
Zone and make periodic recommen-
dations for improvements in ser-
vices, programs, or facilities.
3. To aid and assist in every rea-
sonable way to efficiently coordinate
and conduct human service activi-
ties within the Human Service Zone
by private as well as public organi-
zations.
4. To establish procedures for the
review and approval of all
expenses/claims against the Human
Service Zone.
5. To hire, supervise and take other
personnel actions related to the Hu-
man Service Zone Director, with
direct consultation and involvement
from the Department of Human Ser-
vices.

sell, encumber, or otherwise dissi-
pate any of the parties’ assets, ex-
cept:
a. For necessities of life or for the
necessary generation of income or
preservation of assets; or
b. For retaining counsel to carry on
or to contest the proceeding.
If a spouse disposes of, sells, en-
cumbers, or otherwise dissipates as-
sets during the interim period, that
spouse shall provide to the other
spouse an accounting within thirty
(30) days.
2) Neither spouse shall harass the
other spouse.
3) All currently available insurance
coverage must be maintained and
continued without change in cover-
age or beneficiary designation.
