Notice is hereby given that the
County Commissioners of the Coun-
ty of Ward, North Dakota, will re-
ceive sealed bids for the following
project: County Highway 06: The
Superpave FAA 42 Overlay of Coun-
ty Road 6, located northeast of
Minot. Beginning on the east edge of
Structure No. 51-125-24.0 and con-
tinuing east for 20.168 miles to US
Highway 83. For this project bids will
ONLY be received and accepted via

All bids are to be submitted on the
basis of cash payment for the work
and materials, accompanied by a
bidder’s bond in the amount of five
(5) percent of the total bid, executed
by the bidder as principal, and by a
surety company authorized to do
business in the State of North Dako-
ta, as a guarantee that the bidder
will do business in the State of North
Dakota, as a guarantee that the
bidder will enter into a contract for
performance of such work in case
the contract is awarded to him. All
bid security shall comply with Sec-
tion 11-11-28 and amendments

The Fort Berthold Housing Authority
is requesting proposals for (32) 2, 3
and 4 bedroom modular homes will
be approximately 1400-1700 square
feet and 16 split entry homes will be
approximately 1000 upper to replace
48 homes on the Fort Berthold Indi-
an Reservation. Proposals must in-
clude complete construction of new
homes hauled and set on new Foun-
dations. Proposals should not in-
clude foundations. Proposals will be

NOTICE OF FILING AND NOTICE
OF OPPORTUNITY FOR
CONSOLIDATED HEARING
February, 19 2020
On January 27, 2020, Northern
States Power Company (NSP) and
Nodak Electric Cooperative (Nodak)
filed a joint application for approval
of a Service Area Agreement to es-
tablish electric service areas and
designate service locations to be
served by NSP and Nodak in
Johnson’s Second Addition just
north of the city of Thompson, North
Dakota. NSP further requests is-
suance of a certificate of public con-
venience and necessity authorizing
it to extend service to locations
within the NSP service area set forth
in the agreement.
The issues to be considered are
whether the Agreement complies
with section 49-03-06 of the North
Dakota Century Code, and whether
the approval of the Service Area
Agreement and resulting certificate
issuance are compatible with the
public interest.
Those interested are invited to com-
ment on the application in writing.
Persons desiring a hearing must file
a written request identifying their in-
terest in the proceeding and the rea-
sons for requesting a hearing. Com-
ments and requests for hearings
must be received by March 13,
2020. If deemed appropriate, the
Commission can determine the
matter without a hearing.
