1.Pursuant to the provisions of the
Federal Fair Debt Collection Prac-
tices Act, you are advised that un-
less you dispute the validity of the
foregoing debt or any portion thereof
within thirty (30) days after receipt of
this letter, we will assume the debt
to be valid. On the other hand, if the
debt or any portion thereof is disput-
ed, we will obtain verification of the
debt and will mail you a copy of such
verification. You are also advised

tain mortgage upon the
above-described property, where
Marlin Reddig, a married man,
Mortgagor(s), executed and
delivered to Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc. as nom-
inee for Wisconsin Bank & Trust,
Mortgagee, dated 01/18/2013 was
duly filed for record in the Office of
the County Recorder of Ward Coun-
ty, North Dakota, on 01/22/2013 as
Instrument No. 2952727.
4. The mortgage was given to secure
the payment of $203,920.00, and in-
terest, according to the conditions of
a certain promissory note, which is
in default.

may have previously sent you a
letter advising you of possible alter-

for court-appointed counsel if the
child is determined to be needy. A
needy child is one who is unable,
without undue financial hardship, to
provide full payment of legal counsel
and all other necessary expenses
for representation However, a child
is not considered needy if the child’s
parent or parents can, without undue
financial hardship, provide full pay-
ment for legal counsel and other ex-
penses of representation. You, as a
parent or parents of the child subject
to proceedings identified in the at-
tached Summons, are hereby given
notice of the potential obligation to
pay attorney’s fee, at the attorneys
usual hourly rate if, after the appoint-
ment of counsel by the court, it is
determined that your child is non eli-
gible for court-appointed counsel.
