hereinafter referred to as “CMAR”

will be receiving Sealed Bids for

MHA Tribal Administration Head-

quarters. Sealed bids will be re-

ceived by Scull Construction ATTN:

Mike Jangula, at 3218 111H Ave.

SW Suite E, Dickinson, ND until

2:00 PM Central, September 25th,

2019.Bids will be received for vari-

ous trades, including, but not limited

to, Structural Steel Install, Structural

Steel Supply, Site Survey, Site Con-

crete, CMU Masonry, Structural

Steel Stud Framing, Temporary

Construction Fencing and Division 31 Earthwork. Upon receipt of an ac-

ceptable bid, the contract will be

awarded within thirty days after the

opening of bids and the written con-

tract executed within ten days

thereafter. Bid opening will be on

September 26th at 2:00 PM Central,

at the MHA Tero Complex in New

Town, ND. Bid documents will be

made available by September 9th,

2019 and can be purchased at the

following locations: Billings Builders

Exchange, Billings, MT Construction

Industry Center, Rapid City, SD

Northeast Wyoming Plan, Gillette,

WY Sioux Falls Builders Exchange,

Sioux Falls, SD Plains Builders Ex-

Bismarck, ND Owner and CMAR

reserve the right to reject any or all

bids and to advertise for new bids.

Owner and CMAR reserve the right

to waive any informalities or tech-

nicalities in the bidding and the

right to disregard all nonconform-

ing, nonresponsive or conditional

bids. Owner and CMAR reserve the

right to reject the bid of any bidder if

determined it would not be in the

best interest of the project to make

an award to that bidder. The Bid

Forms shall request information

pertaining to the contractor’s place

of business, experience with simi-

lar projects, and information demon-

strating bidder’s qualifications for the

project, ability to complete the pro-

ject, and financial ability to complete

the project. In evaluating bids, the

Owner and CMAR will consider the

costs and bidder’s responsibility, ex-

perience, qualifications, ability to

perform the work, reliability, and

financial ability.

mission will hold its regular monthly

meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sep-

Building. The regularly scheduled

meetings, being the third Thursday,

will resume in October. By orders of

SUNDRE TOWNSHIP NOTICE

All land owners must have ditches

mowed to a minimum 4 inch stubble

height and a minimum 9 food mower

width between Sept. 15-Oct 1st,

2019. Sundre Township will contract

mowing for ditches not completed by

October 1, 2019 and expenses will

be levied as taxes against land own-

er.
