Law Enforcement Fitness Test

Equipment

The Minot Police Department is re-

questing sealed bids for fitness test-

ing equipment for law enforcement

pre-employment screening. The

equipment must meet the specifica-

tions for the obstacle course which

is used for the test in accordance

with North Dakota Peace Officer

Standards and Training Board. The

equipment required for this test is as

follows:

Physical Control Simulator w/ Steel

Portable Base and stabilizing weight

bags

Lightweight portable stair system w/

handrails – 5 step system

Height Adjustable Vault Rail

Friction fit safety bumper pads for

Vault-Rail bases

Balance Beam (folding)- 15′ long by

6″ wide w/ non-skid surface

Crawl Station (36” wide by 30″ high)

2 Self-writing hurdles

9 course cones

4’x8’x1″ vault safety mat (folding)

15 interlocking rubber mats (for

non-slip surface around Physical

Control Simulator)

All equipment must meet the OR-

PAT or MPAT standards as used in

physical testing of ND Peace Off-

icers. This equipment will be pur-

chased as one complete system.

Sealed bids are required by July 23,

2019. Bid opening will occur on July

23, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Please sub-
