MHS boys rebound with 92-69 victory over Jamestown
After a disappointing 38-point offensive effort against Century last week, the Minot High boys basketball team came alive offensively Friday.
The Magi took down Jamestown 92-69 at Magic City Campus, improving their record to 12-4.
“We took to heart about having to do a lot better job offensively after the last time out,” MHS coach Dean Winczewski said. “We had 23 assists on 32 baskets and it was a much better effort at making sure that we executed and moved the ball around.”
Chandler Albertson had a team-high 20 points for MHS, while Lofton Klabunde recorded 15 and and Devin Mikell and Peyton Lamoureux each scored 14.
MHS is back in action at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday against Bismarck High school on the road.
