Should sobriety checkpoints and extra patrols by law enforcement be advertised to discourage drunk driving, or not be disclosed prior to catch more violators unaware?

  1. Announce prior
  2. Surprise violators

I didn't mean less gallons per day just spread it out over the whole day like the real drinkers do.

Everybody just needs to drink a little less more often, like maybe a couple times a day so the numbers don't get out of control and people can maintain the intoxication better.

they wouldn't have a jail big enough if they caught all the drunk drivers.

MHW, Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) was replaced with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) some time ago. This makes your comment void as "Mary Jane" still can get you a DUI.
