"Newsflash, Justaman.

Many people who voted for Pres. Obama are now not happy with Pres. Obama."

Many, many people who voted for Pres. Bush are still not happy and that's why the Republican Party lost 4 million registered voters.....

I'm one of them!

Newsflash, Justaman.

Many people who voted for Pres. Obama are now not happy with Pres. Obama.

Look around a little. Your faux "notice" about Republicans is fizzling fast.

Staying on subject here.....

How many more years should WV & Ohio Coal Companies be given to comply with 1978 regulatory mandates?

I would think it's time for Congress to enforce the laws written 30 yrs ago..Especially since the House of Degeneratives only worked like 80 days last year.....

I think it's time for many industries, Coal Companies in particular, to honor the environmental agreements made in the 70's,80's,90's & 2000's.....

After all the monies they lobbied for & received under the guise of research, tax incentives for investing & taxpayer monies(BILLIONS) for improving their industry they now waive the crying towel & are spending millions crying FOWL?

I would like to see a two-part poll if Americans were wiling to pay $5 more a month for clean air & water and IF the Energy Sector was capable of regulating itself in regards to the best interests of all Americans???

Congress is the EPA, or at least some members are. The EPA is not a scientific community it is a political community.

Congress can't do anything. Why should they rein in something that is trying to help the dumb people out there. I guess MDN and Republicans don't want clean water and air.. you know the important things that keep us alive
