I'll bet PJ16-17 has plenty of guns but doesn't want law abiding citizens to have them.
SW: if you're into history or anything like that, you would have enjoyed UrbEx. In North Dakota, I mostly visited old abandoned farmsteads and even whole towns (yes, there are entire towns in rural ND near Minot that are abandoned: Tagus, Wheelock, Hartland, Belden, Temple, and soforth). I've always found great enjoyment in going through these places and trying to figure out the stories of the people who once called them home.

"lower the drinking age to 16..then they will fit right in."
That's funny MH.....But really!
As corny as it sounds, providing the best education possible with emphasis in science & math would give young people everything they need.Almost.

They're really good at throwing out their fast food bags and cups which litters the streets and that is something to do and makes work for others, so there is actually plenty to do and the more the town is trashed, the more there is to do.

Oh man, seriously? Really? This question is SO old hat. I remember being a student at Minot High School some years ago and people levelling the same accusation.
There's only nothing to do if you lack the creativity to make something to do. It's how I got into UrbEx.
YES....WORK..WORK..WORK...if more younger people did WORK...instead of Mommy & Daddy handing out the CASH...then there would be less places needing workers!!!!
