Should a landfill be created in North Dakota for disposal of low-level radioactive, oil-field waste, such as filter socks?

ND could open the doors to store waste, radioactive, from the world over and store nuclear waste from chernobyl and foo koo shima. That's the ticket. It is proactive to be radioactive.

Exactly how low level is the radiation? Is it even dangerous? The US Navy has come up with solid numbers for safety issues involving nuclear energy/radiation. It is either over the limit or it isn't, no guessing required. Just spit out the facts and it will solve itself.
